Cadence is a focus and habit app built for people with ADHD. It started as a personal tool — a way to make starting feel less impossible and finishing feel less rare — and grew into something we wanted to share.
We design for the ADHD brain first: short sessions, soft nudges, flexible streaks that don't punish you for being human, and a calm interface that doesn't compete for the attention you're already trying to protect.
